Generally, women who give birth naturally can start exercising on the second day after delivery. The exercise method can be postpartum health exercises. A new exercise method should be chosen one and a half months after delivery. Aerobic exercise such as walking and jogging is conducive to fat consumption. The amount of exercise should be increased gradually from 15 minutes a day to 45 minutes, 5 times a week, to form a regular pattern.

What to eat to relieve constipation after childbirth
