1. Wash the shrimps;

When selecting, you should first pay attention to whether the shrimp shell is hard and shiny, whether the shrimp head and shell are tightly attached to the shrimp body, hard and firm, and whether there is any peeling. Fresh shrimps are normal in color and smell; in addition, you should also pay attention to the firmness and elasticity of the shrimp meat; the shell of inferior shrimps is dull, the shell turns black, the body color turns red, and the shell is separated from the shrimp body; the shrimp meat is soft and has an ammonia smell; the chest and abdomen of shrimps with heads are detached, and the head and shell turn red or black.

Generally affected by the bottom soil of the farm, the surface of the shrimp is bluish-black, with clear and obvious pigment spots.
