What causes acne on women's backs

Facial acne is a common skin disease that occurs mostly in young people. Facial acne is particularly common on the back because there are many sebaceous glands on the back. After entering puberty, the body's female hormones will undergo significant changes, one of the most obvious changes is that the level of male hormones will increase. Androgens can activate the sebaceous glands to produce a large amount of oil. At the same time, androgens can shrink the opening of hair follicles. In this way, the oil produced in large quantities cannot be discharged smoothly on the surface of the skin, and the oil will accumulate in the hair follicles to form acne. If combined with the infection of Propionibacterium acnes, acne will occur.

The main reason for acne on the back is that the increase in the level of male hormones causes excessive secretion of plant oil and blockage of hair follicles. In addition to this reason, some lifestyles can also cause acne on the back. For example, staying up late, irregular work and rest, stress, excessive anxiety, and some people have irritating diets, like spicy, high-sugar, high-calorie, and high-fried foods, all of which are easy to cause acne on the back.

1. Insufficient skin cleanliness: If you don’t pay attention to cleaning your skin, it will cause sebaceous glands to accumulate, pores to become clogged, and acne will occur. You should learn to unclog the skin pores, apply hot compress to the skin and then clean it with cold water, alternating hot and cold to open the skin pores and clean them in time. 2. People who like to eat greasy and spicy food: People who often eat greasy, spicy and irritating food in their daily life, such as beef, chili peppers, river shrimps, etc., will get acne. According to Chinese medicine, eating too much fatty and greasy food can easily lead to obesity, weakened digestion and absorption, gastrointestinal disorder, excessive metabolism of plant oils, and acne on the back. You should eat more fruit and vegetable ingredients, such as lettuce, eggplant, apples, bananas and so on.

Acne on the face is also called acne. Acne is most common on the cheeks and forehead, followed by the chest and back, which are where sebaceous glands secrete more actively. The causes of acne are related to male hormone levels, excessive secretion of sebaceous glands, infection of Propionibacterium acnes, and abnormal keratinization of hair follicle pores. In addition, mental factors such as excessive fatigue, anxiety and restlessness can also aggravate the condition.
