I feel wet down there but no vaginal discharge

Many women always feel wet down there, with little leucorrhea, no odor, no mucus, and no itching, but their underwear gets wet. This condition is likely to be caused by urogenital diseases and Trichomonas vaginitis.

First of all, the woman's urethral sphincter needs to be checked to see if the supporting force of the urethral sphincter is normal. At the same time, it is also necessary to examine the female secretions to determine whether there are pathogens before taking the next step. After determining the cause of the disease, the doctor will determine the treatment plan based on the specific situation.

Under normal circumstances, women will have a certain amount of secretions in their vagina, which are generally white, sometimes slightly yellowish, and will not cause discomfort symptoms such as vulvar itching. If the discharge is very thin and odorless, the following reasons should be considered:

(1) Vaginitis, but most cases of vaginitis are accompanied by private or vulvar itching. For example, candidal vaginitis, in addition to vulvar itching, also has light green foam-like secretions; fungal vaginitis may occur.

(2) It is also necessary to check whether there is abnormal vaginal discharge, which may be caused by cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, cervicitis and endometritis. Cervical adenocarcinoma may also cause excessive vaginal discharge.

(3) In addition to the above two points, it is also necessary to check whether urinary incontinence exists. Therefore, further testing is needed to confirm it.

If this happens, you should go to a reliable hospital for further examination immediately. It is best not to take medicine blindly. You must regulate your private life at ordinary times, don't be so chaotic, pay attention to your living habits and the cleanliness of your private parts in your daily life, clean them regularly with some cold water, and your daily diet should be dominated by light flavors. Eat more nutritious and easy-to-digest foods, and avoid eating cold, spicy, and irritating foods.
