The blisters are transparent and contain yellow fluid. They are easy to ulcerate and erode after being scratched, and may cause burning pain.

2. Secondary infection may occur, with swollen inguinal lymph nodes and tenderness, but usually no suppuration. Primary genital herpes in women is usually accompanied by systemic symptoms such as general malaise, low-grade fever, headache, and local swollen lymph nodes.

1. Unclean sexual life. Unhygienic sex life is the key cause of genital herpes infection. Genital herpes in men is almost always caused by sexual activity. Genital herpes patients are the main pathogens, which spread quickly and have a high infection rate. The disease usually occurs about 3 weeks after infection.

2. Trauma infection. The herpes virus of genital herpes can invade the body through small cracks in the skin or mucous membranes. After a few days of lurking, the bacteria multiply to a sufficient number and then begin to cause disease. Therefore, we must treat the ruptured wound with caution.

3. Decreased immunity. The key point is that it is not sexually transmitted. It can be infected by touching the secretions of patients with genital herpes or items contaminated by the environment, such as cotton towels, foot cloths, foot basins, clothes stained with secretions, and even toilet seats.
