Early pregnancy deepening shows pregnancy

Early pregnancy refers to the period before 13 weeks of pregnancy, when the embryo in the woman's abdomen undergoes rapid changes. During the early pregnancy period, most pregnant women will experience symptoms such as lack of appetite, dizziness, fatigue, and easy vomiting after eating. As for early pregnancy detection, many women now use early pregnancy test strips to detect, and judge whether they are pregnant by observing the deepening of the test line on the early pregnancy test strips.

Diagnosis of early pregnancy: When the blood HCG quantitative immunoassay is less than 3.1 micrograms/L, it is negative for pregnancy, and when the blood concentration is greater than 25 units/L, it is positive for pregnancy. The most widely used early pregnancy diagnosis test strips are convenient and quick. Operation: Try to collect the morning urine of the woman being tested, insert the end of the test strip with MAX into the urine, and the urine page must not exceed the MAX line. Observe the results for 1-5 minutes. Observation after 10 minutes is invalid. Result judgment: one red line is negative and two red lines are positive.

As for why we need to collect morning urine, it is because morning urine is concentrated and has higher hormone levels. When the fertilized egg is implanted in the uterus, a new chorionic gonadotropin is produced in the pregnant woman's body, which helps maintain the pregnancy. This hormone can be detected in urine about 10 days after conception. In order to increase the positive rate of early pregnancy tests, you should try to reduce your water intake the night before.

It is best to get a container from the laboratory in advance for the early pregnancy test, because it contains preservatives and the urine is not easy to deteriorate. If conditions permit, any wide-mouth bottle can be used, but it needs to be washed and boiled for sterilization or rinsed with boiling water. After collecting about 10 ml of morning urine, send it to the laboratory for early pregnancy test immediately. If the time is delayed too long, it may affect the accuracy of the test. This should be paid more attention to in the summer.

If the color of the early pregnancy line darkens, it means you are pregnant. Generally, in the early stages of pregnancy, the color of the test line is very light and basically difficult to see. However, as time goes by, around the second or third week, the color of the test line gradually darkens, and you can basically confirm that you are pregnant. At this time, you can go to the hospital for some basic examinations. After being diagnosed with pregnancy, pregnant women should pay attention to taking care of their bodies.
