Can chronic vaginitis heal itself?

Many female friends have experienced vaginitis. This type of disease is actually very common. Many women may think that this disease is not very serious. In fact, it is not. In particular, chronic vaginitis is caused by the development of acute vaginitis. It is very difficult to treat. Patients have some uncomfortable symptoms for a long time. This symptom is actually impossible to heal by itself.

Can vaginitis be cured?

Under normal circumstances, the vagina of female friends has the function of defending against external viral attacks. However, if the body's immunity is low and the beneficial bacteria in the vagina are out of balance, it is easy for pathogens to invade and cause Trichomonas vaginitis.

Vaginitis with mild symptoms does not cause serious harm to the patient's body. As long as we take effective measures to control it, we can achieve good improvement. However, if we leave it alone, it will easily happen. The more serious the vaginitis is, the more likely female friends will develop further infections, leading to cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and other high-complication gynecological inflammations. Therefore, after the onset of vaginitis, we must not wait for recovery, we must take active action.

How to treat vaginitis?

(1) After contracting the disease, it is not recommended that you buy medicine on your own for treatment, because there are many causes of vaginitis. You should first go to the hospital for a check-up to make sure which pathogen causes the symptoms.

(2) For this type of symptoms, we usually use antibiotics to treat it, mainly because antibiotic treatment can effectively help patients control it. Pathogens continue to develop, but the use of antibiotics cannot be indiscriminate and must be used under the guidance of a doctor.

(3) Patients should pay attention to their own hygiene during daily medical care, especially underwear. They should try to choose underwear with good breathability, such as cotton underwear, and keep the private parts clean and dry. Try not to use soap or other irritating substances to clean the vulva. They should also pay attention to their diet, eat a light diet, and never eat hot foods.

Chronic vaginitis can rarely be cured, and most of the time we need to take effective measures in time. In the initial stage, the condition is not very serious, and people usually take some medicines and the condition can be cured. However, when patients blindly delay, do not do a good job of medical care in daily life, and do not develop good personal habits, the symptoms will always become more and more serious.
