3. Wash pillow core and pillowcase frequently

Your face is in contact with the pillow core for such a long time during rest every day, so the pillowcase and pillow core that touch your face must be clean. It is best to wash the pillowcase once a week, and take the pillow core out to dry frequently to prevent the growth of bacteria.

4. No need to squeeze acne

Many people know this, but there is really no way to persist. Do not touch the pimples on your face with your hands or squeeze them hard, otherwise the pimples on your face will be exposed to germs, which may leave dark gray marks on your face. It is best not to touch your face hard to reduce the chance of contact with germs.

5. Drinking water

Effective hydration is very beneficial to the skin and acne removal. Drink a glass of warm water every morning. Don’t forget to drink water while working, you have been squatting for a long time without moving. You don't have to drink soda all the time, it's best to drink more boiled water.
