What does uneven endometrial echo mean?

If creating life is compared to planting, then the uterine wall is equivalent to the soil layer for sowing the seeds of life. Therefore, many women who are preparing for pregnancy are very concerned about how much the thickness of the endometrium is normal. This is because the thickness of the uterine wall has an important impact on pregnancy. So, what does uneven echo of the uterine wall mean?

The unevenness of the uterine wall is usually examined by diagnostic curettage, and the scraped uterine wall is used for pathological examination. Under normal circumstances, pathological examination reports of uterine wall asymmetry may also include the following conditions:

1. Everything is normal: The data shows that the tissue obtained is the uterine wall in the proliferative and metabolic stages.

2. Endometrial cancer: The glandular ducts in the uterine wall proliferate in a high-aspect ratio and somatic cells produce genetic mutations.

3. Hydatidiform mole, choriocarcinoma: The trophoblastic cells of the embryonic villi in the uterus grow and develop in a tumorous manner, with different levels of reproduction.

4. Miscarriage: The scrapings may contain decidual tissue and embryonic hair.

5. Ovulatory menstrual disorders: Depending on the cause of the menstrual disorder, the results of the pathological examination will also be different. For example, menstrual disorders caused by insufficient luteal function indicate insufficient metabolism of the uterine wall glandular ducts and asynchrony between the glandular ducts and the interstitial space; menstrual disorders caused by irregular shedding of the uterine wall are due to lack of water in the endometrium, high density of the interstitial space, shrinkage of the glandular ducts, and mixing of the metabolic and proliferative phases of the uterine wall.

6. Anovulatory menstruation: The uterine wall only shows different degrees of proliferative changes, such as uterine wall adenocystic hyperplasia, uterine wall cystadenoma hyperplasia, proliferative uterine wall, and contractile uterine wall.

What to do if the uterine wall is slightly thick

The thickness of a woman's uterine wall should not be underestimated. If it is not treated promptly and without attention, it is likely to cause infertility. If a woman wants to have a child, if she has this inflammation, she should undergo a comprehensive examination so that she can get better treatment.

Releasing stress is actually the most effective way to adjust your endocrine system, which is very important. With a good attitude, women can not only have more physical and mental health, but also release beautiful and charming demeanor.

It is recommended to measure the thickness of the endometrium three times during the menstrual cycle, once just after the menstrual period but long after it has completely cleared up. The second is the 2 weeks after menarche. Third, measurement should be carried out 1-2 days before menstruation. But some of them may not be measured completely accurately. It is also affected by spiritual factors.
