Signs of pregnancy a few days before delivery

When it comes to the delivery period, every pregnant mother must ensure adequate nutrition and exercise, and also pay close attention to some symptoms of delivery and detect them in advance to avoid being caught off guard at that time. Generally speaking, the appearance of the following three symptoms indicates that the baby is about to be born!

The first is spotting during pregnancy, which usually occurs 1-2 days before delivery. Pregnant women will also have a small amount of thick mucus discharged from the vagina, which is often called spotting during pregnancy. This is due to uterine contractions, the baby's head begins to fall into the pelvis, the fetal membrane and the endometrium slowly separate, and the friction will cause blood vessels to rupture and bleed. There may be red or dark brown thick liquid, or blood in the secretions. Of course, every mother is different. Some pregnant women may start giving birth a few days or even a week after the onset of bleeding, so at this time, you should pay more attention to observe its appearance, color and amount, and then make a detailed judgment.

The second sign of labor is pain

At the beginning, pregnant women will have pain several times a day, lasting about 30 seconds. As the labor approaches, the pain interval will become shorter and shorter. If it occurs every 10-15 minutes, you should be hospitalized immediately. If the amniotic fluid breaks, you should lie flat in the hospital.

The third sign of labor is the breaking of amniotic fluid

Pregnant women will feel that there is hot liquid continuously discharged from the vagina, and it is not controlled by themselves. The liquid is generally colorless and transparent. It is due to the strong contraction of the uterus, the pressure in the uterus gradually increases, the cervical opening expands, and the head of the fetus descends, causing the amniotic fluid to rupture and the amniotic fluid to be discharged from the vagina. At this time, it is very close to birth. After the amniotic fluid ruptures, pregnant women must lie flat in the hospital.

Family members and pregnant women should learn more about the symptoms of labor, and when the delivery date comes, they must carefully observe and record the symptoms of labor, so as to make good prenatal preparations. At the same time, pregnant women should adjust their mental state, maintain an optimistic attitude, eliminate fear and anxiety, and ensure a successful delivery.
