4. Pay attention to hygiene. Choose soft, pure cotton underwear with good ventilation and air permeability, and wash and change it frequently. The underwear that is changed frequently should be placed in the sun to dry. There is no need to have sex during menstruation.

A bad mentality, such as too much mental stimulation, anxiety, and sadness, can cause endocrine imbalance and lead to irregular menstruation.
