How to tell if the cyst is ruptured

The prevalence of gynecological diseases among women in modern society is gradually increasing, and cystic rupture is a gynecological emergency that has received much attention in recent years, and it is becoming more and more common. The rupture of the ovarian cyst is very painful for women, and the pain felt by the body is often unbearable for women. The rupture of the cyst cannot be ignored. So, how can you tell whether the cyst is ruptured?

How to tell if the cyst is ruptured

Occipital cyst rupture has obvious acute abdominal symptoms such as abdominal tenderness, rebound tenderness and muscle tension, but generally there is no sign of excessive blood loss such as low blood pressure and decreased hemoglobin. Occult cyst rupture often occurs during the menstrual period or a few days before and after the menstrual period, without a history of amenorrhea, and a very small number of patients have a history of dysmenorrhea. During a gynecological examination, a painful mass may be found in the uterine duodenal fossa or the uterosacral cruciate ligament. This is because during the menstrual period, the capillaries in the cyst rupture and the pressure inside the cyst increases. When the pressure reaches a certain level, the cyst skin will rupture. Small cuts heal quickly on their own and the condition is transient. If the rupture is large, the thick chocolate-like fluid in the cyst will flow into the abdomen, irritating the retroperitoneum and causing severe abdominal pain.

How can the cyst rupture?

1. Endocrine factors: This factor is the common cause of uterine and ovarian chocolate cysts. Although the uterus and ovaries are small, they are the key organs that cause egg cells to ovulate, secrete hormones, and balance endocrine system. Uterine and ovarian chocolate cysts mostly occur in women of childbearing age when endocrine system is abundant. Therefore, it is believed to be related to endocrine imbalance.

2. Frequent sexual intercourse between couples is also a key cause of uterine and ovarian chocolate cysts. Uterine and ovarian chocolate cysts are mostly related to excessive estrogen metabolism in the body and are more common in adolescent girls or menopausal women. There are many uterine and ovarian chocolate cysts that occur before menstruation but not after menstruation. And some relatively stable, small cysts will automatically disappear after marriage or pregnancy. Air pollution and one's own mentality also have a certain impact on women's ovaries.

3. Modern women are in a fierce market competition. Because of excessive psychological pressure, it will cause autonomic nervous system dysfunction in the long run, affect the body's endocrine regulation, and even lead to premature ovarian decline, reduced estrogen secretion, and premature menopause. Unhealthy lifestyles such as smoking and drinking can also cause abnormalities in the uterus and ovaries, because the alcohol in the Nicotine King liquor in tobacco affects the normal menstrual period and causes menstrual disorders, thus causing uterine and ovarian chocolate cysts.

The rupture of the cyst often occurs during the menstrual period, with more obvious abdominal pain, which is related to women's menstrual pain. Female friends must pay great attention and seek medical attention immediately. At the same time, you should pay more attention to your endocrine state in your daily life, don't have too much sex, and pay attention to adjusting your mentality. Finally, I wish all female friends good physical and mental health.
