What is magnesium sulfate?

In medicine, it is a kind of medicine for curing diseases. It can carry water to clean the intestines and stomach and promote bile duct drainage. It is also called bath salt. Washing feet with its aqueous solution can cure sweaty feet, smelly feet, and sprained feet. External application of 50% aqueous solution can quickly reduce swelling.

1. It can be used for constipation and abnormal intestinal fermentation. It can also be used with insecticides. When used together with activated carbon, it can treat food or drug poisoning.

2. Used for obstructive jaundice and chronic cholecystitis.

3. It is used for convulsions, eclampsia, uremia, tetanus, hypertensive brain disease and subacute renal hypertensive crisis.

4. It is also used for patients with angina pectoris who have frequent attacks and poor response to other treatments, and it has a good effect on patients with hypertension.

5. Apply heat externally to reduce inflammation and swelling.

Production and usage: Dosage of vaccine 1. Catharsis: Take 5-20g each time, usually on an empty stomach in the morning, and drink 100-400ml of water. It can also be dissolved in tap water and then taken. 2. Choleretic: 2-5g each time, 3 times a day, before meals or between meals. You can also take 33% aqueous solution, 1b250l each time. 3. Anticonvulsant, hypotensive, etc.: intramuscular injection of 25% aqueous solution, 4 to 1b250l each time; or dilute 1b250l of 25% aqueous solution with 5% to 10% glucose injection to 2% or 5% concentration and then drip intravenously; for the treatment of angina pectoris, dilute 1b250l of 10% aqueous solution with 1b250l of 5% to 10% glucose injection and then slowly inject intravenously, once a day, and use for 10 days.

Common Problems in Vaccine Production 1. During catharsis, if a large amount of aqueous solution with too high concentration is taken, a large amount of water may be absorbed from the tissues and cause dehydration. 2. Because intravenous injection is relatively dangerous, it should be used by experienced doctors. The injection should be slow and pay attention to the patient's breathing and blood pressure. If there is a poisoning condition (such as inspiratory muscle paralysis, etc.), 10% calcium gluconate injection 1b250l can be used intravenously for rescue. 3. Patients with intestinal bleeding, acute abdomen, pregnant women, and women during their menstrual period are prohibited from using this product for catharsis. 4. Patients poisoned by central nervous system depressants (such as phenobarbital) are not suitable for using this product as a cathartic to eliminate harmful substances, so as to avoid aggravating central nervous system depression.
