How to judge whether you have postpartum disease

After giving birth, women are generally asked to recuperate during the confinement period. During childbirth, the pregnant woman's body suffers greater damage and requires long-term care to recover. Most people are not susceptible to wind after giving birth, for fear that their bodies will have problems after the confinement period. So how do you judge whether you have caught a cold during postpartum period?

How to judge whether you have caught a cold during the postpartum period

1. Due to excessive blood loss during the delivery process, and not paying attention to immediate replenishment after giving birth, it will cause qi and blood deficiency, which will affect the blood supply to the head, and cause pregnant women to have headaches, postpartum hair loss and other problems.

2. If you experience inexplicable depression, sadness, or drastic changes in your mood after giving birth, these are all symptoms of catching a cold during the confinement period. This is mainly due to lack of rest after giving birth or overwork, which leads to lack of energy, sadness and anxiety.

3. Unexplained joint pain or body aches after giving birth, cold pain in the lower abdomen, postpartum anemia, qi and blood deficiency, etc. are all caused by insufficient care during the confinement period. When a pregnant woman experiences a series of discomfort symptoms, she needs to be cautious about whether it is caused by catching a cold during the confinement period.
