Women always have back pain and frequent urination

The lady always suffers from back pain, frequent urination and urgency. When this happens, common causes may be urinary tract infection and overactive bladder. For back pain, you can do a B-ultrasound of the urinary system and anterior and lateral films of the intervertebral disc to understand whether the back pain is caused by a urinary system disease or an orthopedic disease.

Bladder problems are also associated with spinal misalignment. When the T12-L5 intervertebral joint is dislocated, it will stimulate the autonomic nervous system that controls the bladder, causing it to become excited or inhibited, resulting in bladder dysfunction and the above symptoms.

I urinate involuntarily when my abdominal pressure increases, when I lift things, cough, laugh, or hear the sound of water. I change my underwear several times a day, which makes me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I went to many hospitals' outpatient departments of gynecology, urology, and neurology, but nothing abnormal was found.

An X-ray was taken and it was found that L1-L5 was bent to the left, with intervertebral joint displacement, and palpation of the L1-L5 paravertebral pain was obvious. I performed spinal correction and massage for them. After 5 times, the urinary incontinence was improved, and after 15 times, it was completely cured. Follow-up X-rays showed that the displacement and scoliosis had been corrected, and there has been no recurrence.

How do you usually regulate yourself for bladder function problems? You can practice the seventh or eighth section of Diao's spinal exercises more often, and press and rub the Sanyinjiao point and Waiguan point, as well as the Jiaji points at T12-L5. If you persist in massaging every day, the effect will be very good.

Frankincense, myrrh, and whole worms can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, unclog meridians, and relieve pain; red peony root can remove dampness and strengthen the spleen and stomach; they are all adjuvant drugs. Licorice harmonizes the efficacy of drugs and serves as a guiding drug. All the medicines are used together to quickly reduce swelling, extinguish fire and evacuate evil dampness, warm the meridians and dredge the collaterals.
