Therefore, the most common symptom is infertility, followed by pelvic pain and menstrual disorders, and may be accompanied by amenorrhea, scanty menstruation, and multifunctional abnormal uterine bleeding.

5. Curettage and abortion: The cervical endometrium is damaged during curettage and abortion, and adhesions occur after the operation, such as cervical canal adhesions. The extent of adhesion can cause amenorrhea, while a small extent can shorten the menstrual period.
