There are several contraceptive methods for girls

Modern women do everything in a planned way, even conceiving a child is arranged according to their career plan. However, some young female friends want to have a planned pregnancy, but they don’t know how to take good contraceptive measures when they don’t want to have a child. These friends want to know what safe and effective contraceptive measures are there. So today we will take everyone to understand how many methods of female contraception there are?

The first method of female contraception: calculating ovulation period

Calculating the ovulation period is a relatively safe contraceptive method with no side effects. Under normal circumstances, women have a menstrual period every month. The ten to fifteen days between the menstrual period is the ovulation period. Pregnancy can only be achieved by having sex during this period. The ovulation period is generally eight days after the end of the menstrual period to one week before the next menstrual period. As long as you have sex during this period, you can prevent pregnancy. However, this method is only suitable for friends with relatively accurate menstrual cycles.

The second method of female contraception: condoms

Condoms are the simplest, most direct and most effective contraceptive measure. As long as you wear a condom during sexual intercourse at any time, the male sperm will not be injected into the female vagina and will not be able to combine with the egg cell. Therefore, the contraceptive effect of this method is relatively good. Moreover, condoms are generally not irritating to the female vagina, which can prevent pregnancy and protect against sexual intercourse infection.

The third method of female contraception: emergency contraception

It is also possible to use contraceptive drugs. Contraceptive drugs are generally divided into advance contraceptives and birth control pills. However, it is recommended that everyone use advance contraceptives as much as possible, because this type of emergency contraception has relatively fewer side effects and relatively less harm to uterine health, while the side effects of birth control pills are relatively large.

After reading the above introduction, I believe everyone knows how many methods of female contraception there are. I hope that our work can help more friends understand what methods can be used to prevent unmarried pregnancy when they do not want to have children. I also hope that all young female friends can carry out their own life according to their own ideas.
