Pain on the right side of the lower abdomen during menstruation

If a woman experiences pain on the right side of her lower abdomen during each menstrual period, and the pain becomes more severe, she should often consider the possibility of a chocolate cyst on the right side of the uterus and ovary. Since chocolate cysts are caused by endometriosis to the uterus and ovaries, and regular growth, shrinkage and necrosis, chocolate cysts will also undergo necrosis during menstruation, causing significant pain. If a woman has had no abnormalities in her menstrual period in the past, but suddenly experiences pain on the right side of her lower abdomen during her menstrual period, then she should consider the possibility of appendicitis or adnexitis.

If women experience lower abdominal pain during menstruation, it is a common symptom of many gynecological diseases, among which the main symptoms are pain in the lower right abdomen, dull pain in the lower abdomen, or pain in the sacrum, and it is often accompanied by lumbar pain.
