At this stage of pregnancy, the baby is fully developed at 39 weeks, and the amniotic fluid index should be within the range of 8 cm to 20 cm. It can also be determined through ultrasound testing that the actual depth of the amniotic fluid of a pregnant woman is more than two centimeters, which is basically within the normal range. After the late pregnancy, if the amniotic fluid index is lower than 8 cm, it indicates that the amniotic fluid is too low. If the amniotic fluid index value of a pregnant woman exceeds 20 cm, it indicates that she has too much amniotic fluid. If there is an abnormal amount of amniotic fluid in a pregnant woman, further examination is needed, first of all, to determine whether the fetus has any malformations. The normal amniotic fluid index is 8~20 cm. The amniotic fluid index is the sum of the depths of amniotic fluid in the four quadrants examined by B-ultrasound. If the standard value is lower than 8 cm, it is considered to be oligohydramnios. If the standard value is lower than 5 cm, it is called oligohydramnios. If the amniotic fluid index exceeds 25 cm, it is called polyhydramnios. Whether the amniotic fluid index is too little or too much, it is considered abnormal. It is necessary to pay attention to find the cause and provide appropriate solutions. If there is too little amniotic fluid, embryo adhesion is very likely to occur. In severe cases, injection of saline into the amniotic cavity should be considered. If there is too much amniotic fluid, you can consider releasing water to relieve pressure when necessary. The amniotic fluid flow during pregnancy is between 300-200b250l and is considered normal. Less than 300ml is called oligohydramnios, and more than 200b250l is called polyhydramnios. The main method for detecting amniotic fluid flow during pregnancy is the amniotic fluid index method under ultrasound. The abdomen is divided into four quadrants with the pregnant woman's navel as the center. The sum of the amniotic fluid values accurately measured in the four quadrants is called the amniotic fluid index. An amniotic fluid index greater than 25cm is called polyhydramnios, and less than 5cm is called oligohydramnios. The depth of the amniotic fluid pool can also be accurately measured. If the depth of the amniotic fluid pool is greater than 8cm, it is diagnosed as polyhydramnios, and if it is less than 2cm, it is diagnosed as oligohydramnios. The amniotic fluid index within the normal range is normal and does not require any treatment. |
