Liver fire can cause nausea and vomiting in pregnant women, which is mainly manifested by aversion to food, dizziness, bitter taste in the mouth, bad breath, vomiting and bitter saliva. In severe cases, it can also cause liver disease. Pregnant women must pay attention. If the liver fire is strong for a long time, it will not only be detrimental to their own health, but also affect the healthy growth and development of the fetus. So, what foods should pregnant women with excessive liver fire eat?

1. Radish and lamb bone soup

Chop the lamb ribs into pieces, wash them and boil them in cold water to remove the floating residue on the surface. Add winter melon and ginger slices and simmer the lamb ribs. Wash and slice radish thinly (do not peel). After stewing the lamb ribs for about 1.5 hours, add the radish slices and continue cooking for about 45 minutes. When the radish slices become transparent, add salt, white pepper and coriander and turn off the heat.

2. Dried longan, wolfberry, crucian carp and tofu soup

1 crucian carp, 25 grams each of longan meat, yam, and wolfberry, a few dates, appropriate amounts of scallion, salt, light soy sauce, and chicken essence.

Descale the crucian carp, remove the internal organs, remove the gallbladder, and cut into three sections. Wash the longan flesh, yam, wolfberry and jujube and set aside. Add appropriate amount of cold or boiling water to the pot and simmer for about two hours. Add condiments and seasoning before serving.

3. Luffa and seaweed soup

10g seaweed, 100g loofah, appropriate amount of minced ginger, scallion, salt, light soy sauce and chicken essence.

Wash the seaweed and tear off a piece. Wash the loofah and cut into slices. Add appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil. After boiling, add ginger foam, light soy sauce, and cucumber slices and continue to cook over fire. After boiling, add seaweed, season with salt and chicken essence, sprinkle with scallions and you can eat it.

4. Red Dates and Lotus Seed Soup

600 grams of lotus seeds, 120 grams of dates, and 200 grams of sugar.

Wash the dates. Add 1200ml of hot pot and bring to a boil, add the jujubes, then simmer for 30 minutes. Add lotus seeds and continue cooking for 30 minutes. It is best to add sugar and bring to a boil before drinking.

5. White Fungus and Peanut Soup

15 grams of white fungus, 100 grams of peanuts, 10 large dates, and 10 small dates.

Soak 15 grams of white fungus in warm water and wash it. 100 grams of peanuts and 10 peeled dates. Wash 10 small dates. Bring an appropriate amount of cold water to a boil, put in peanut kernels and jujubes. When the peanut kernels are cooked, add white fungus and jujubes. After cooking, add salt and seasoning.
