4. Livestock, poultry, and freshwater fish

It is not suitable for patients with hyperactivity of yang and dampness and turbidity in the middle, but it can be used appropriately for patients with deficiency syndrome without the need for greasy parts and the food is chopped and stewed.

5. Eggs and milk

Some people are allergic to eggs and milk. They should pay attention to acute symptoms and use less or no products at all. Chronic or deficiency patients can eat appropriate meals to enhance their resistance.
