How often should you change your sanitary napkin when you have your period?

There are always a few days every month when girls have to go through a very important thing, that is menstruation. Under normal circumstances, menstruation must be experienced once a month, and the number of days is about 4 to 7 days. During this time, girls may feel very tired and always want to sleep. Of course, there will be a lot of inconveniences and discomforts. Therefore, we must take good care of ourselves and make ourselves happier in the next few days.

Many girls may experience abdominal pain within two days before their period. This is called menstrual pain, but there are many types of menstrual pain. If you just feel a sinking sensation in your lower abdomen, it is relatively mild and you just need to rest. If it is very serious, it is best to go to the hospital. However, it is recommended that girls do not eat too much raw and cold food on a daily basis, and can drink some black sugar water.

If you have your period, please note that it is best to wear tight underwear, but the material should be more breathable, and you should make sure to change it every day. When you sleep at night, if you are worried about getting the sheets dirty, you can put a layer of pure cotton towel pad on the sheets. If not, you can use towels instead.

Many girls may have such troubles, that is, they don’t know how many sanitary napkins they should prepare every day. Sometimes they bring too many and they can’t use them all, and sometimes they bring too few and they are not enough. In fact, the number of sanitary napkins we need each day is determined by the number of days of your menstrual period. Generally speaking, the most number of tablets are needed in the mornings of the second and third days. On the second day, we need at least 5 to 6 tablets, and on the third day, we need 4 to 5 tablets. At other times, the maximum number of tablets per day is 4 tablets (except for girls with large flow).

Every time I have my period, I can prepare a small bag in advance and put the sanitary napkins I need to use into the bag. This way it is convenient to take and avoids embarrassment (many girls feel it is very embarrassing to take sanitary napkins out in crowded places, so you also need a small bag like this, it doesn’t have to be big, you can just hold it in your hand).

Generally speaking, you need to change your sanitary napkin every time you urinate, especially on the second to fourth day. Many girls feel that changing sanitary napkins frequently is very exhausting. In fact, changing sanitary napkins can ensure that your body is not invaded by external dirt and can ensure your physical and mental health. In addition, everyone should choose squat toilets as much as possible when urinating to maintain hygiene.
