Nipple pain is ovulation

Nipple pain is a normal physiological phenomenon for marriage and childbearing. It's just that different people have different levels of breast pain. Nipple pain may occur around the time of ovulation, but there is no need to worry too much. So what causes nipple pain? Let’s all come and learn about it.

The mammary gland is the target organ of endocrine hormones. In other words, under normal circumstances, that is, during the endocrine changes of the physiological cycle, the mammary gland tissue will be affected by endocrine hormones, resulting in physiological changes. The breasts undergo regular proliferation and involution during the menstrual cycle, which is mainly manifested as swelling and slight pain in the breasts before menstruation. After menarche, breast pain eases or disappears. This kind of physiological change is a normal physiological phenomenon for marriage and childbearing, but the degree of breast pain varies from person to person.

Many women experience breast tenderness or nipple pain during ovulation. Sometimes they really cannot touch their nipples. The main symptoms of the breasts may continue until the eve of the next menarche. For pain relief, you can change your diet structure, choose a low-calorie, high-fiber diet, and take fiber from grains, vegetables, fruits, and legumes. In addition, massaging your chest frequently and gently can return excess blood to the lymphatic system. When massaging, first apply soapy water to the breast, and move your fingers along the surface of the breast in a circle about the size of a coin. Then push the breasts in and bounce them back up, which is a huge help in avoiding breast discomfort.

Nipple pain is completely normal. The most painful time is around ovulation, and it hurts if you touch it hard. When progesterone is produced, due to the effect of estrogen, the estrogen level is not as high as before ovulation, so the nipple pain is slightly relieved, but it still exists until menstruation comes. Once a breast lump is found, no matter what the size or characteristics are, you should first see a doctor for examination, diagnosis and treatment.
