Temperature changes during menopause

Temperature changes during menopause

Generally speaking, when women reach middle age or old age, they will immediately experience symptoms of menopause. If menopause occurs, women's mood will immediately fluctuate greatly, and they will also be very prone to mania. During the entire menopausal period, women need better medical care to adjust their mood. Only in this way can they end the symptoms of menopause as soon as possible. So what are the changes in body temperature during menopause?

The ovaries of menopausal women decline, and the levels of estrogen and progesterone decrease. Their body temperature is lower than that of women in their childbearing age. With the cessation of menstruation, their body temperature no longer changes regularly. Menopausal women have redness and hot flashes, sweat a lot, and generate a lot of heat, which can also lower their body temperature. Therefore, the body temperature during menopause is only 0.3℃ to 0.5℃ lower than that of women of appropriate age, and generally menopausal women have no history of discomfort.
