Pregnancy is a happy thing. Many expectant mothers will make preparations for a long time in advance in order to welcome the arrival of the baby. In fact, under normal circumstances, when the expectant mother realizes that she is pregnant, the baby has actually been in the mother's belly for a month. In the early stages of pregnancy, it is not easy for expectant mothers to feel the presence of the baby, especially inexperienced mothers who need to pay more attention to changes in their body. Nipple protrusion is a sign of pregnancy Protruding nipples are not necessarily a sign of pregnancy. After a woman becomes pregnant, due to the continuous increase in female hormones in the body, the breasts will undergo a series of changes, such as breast pain, nipple tingling, nipple expansion, and darker color. This is a normal physiological phenomenon during pregnancy. However, protruding nipples cannot mean pregnancy. It may be caused by menarche or breast disease. Signs of pregnancy 1. Menopause Amenorrhea is an important signal of early pregnancy in women. Generally speaking, if a woman has sex during her ovulation period and the expectant mother notices that her menstruation is delayed for more than 10 days, she should consider whether she is pregnant. 2. Nausea and retching When the expectant mother is about 5 weeks pregnant, she will experience morning sickness, which is usually more obvious in the morning and at night. If the expectant mother finds that she has a poor appetite recently, feels dizzy, nauseous, and feels aversion to food she has touched before, but has no other symptoms, it may be a sign of pregnancy. 3. Breast pain During pregnancy, expectant mothers may experience enlarged and loose breasts. Sometimes there is soreness, and the tone of the nipples and surrounding areas will gradually worsen. This is caused by the increase of estrogen and corpus luteum in the expectant mother's body. 4. Frequent urination and incomplete urination During pregnancy, the expectant mother's uterus will gradually swell, which will cause greater irritation to the bladder, causing symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, and inability to hold urine. When the size of the uterus exceeds that of the pelvis, the irritation of the uterus to the bladder will decrease, and symptoms such as frequent urination and urgency will also be alleviated. 5. Excessive leucorrhea After a woman becomes pregnant, the estrogen level in her body will gradually increase. Estrogen will stimulate the glands in the uterine wall, causing the expectant mother's body to secrete more, and vaginal secretions will also increase. 6. Bleeding The sperm and egg combine and adhere to the uterus 1-2 weeks after birth, causing bleeding when the embryo implants. 7. Increased body temperature Under normal circumstances, a woman's body temperature is lower before ovulation and higher after ovulation. If the expectant mother's body temperature is relatively high and continues for about 2 weeks, she should consider whether she is pregnant. |
