Cervical cancer is the most common malignant tumor in female gynecological diseases. Many women are not aware of the early signs of cervical cancer, so they are prone to ignore it, which results in many female patients not being able to receive timely treatment and their condition worsening. So before "cervical cancer" occurs, what abnormal manifestations will the human body have, and how should we care for the uterus? And at what level of cervical cancer will cause death? Cervical cancer usually reaches the late stage. If multiple metastases occur or cervical cancer causes internal bleeding, it can cause hemorrhagic shock and severe anemia, which may often lead to death. If cervical cancer is discovered, it is not too late to treat it in installments. If it can be treated surgically, surgical eradication is the main treatment, including cleaning of the entire uterus and bilateral adnexa and pelvic lymph nodes. After the operation, it is also necessary to cooperate with comprehensive treatment of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. After adopting comprehensive treatment, cervical cancer can control the development of the disease and prolong the survival period. That is to say, it is not easy to cause immediate death in a short time. In the end, the condition may be out of control and multiple metastases may occur, such as the decline of key organ functions like liver failure, as well as decline in digestive function, heart and lung failure, etc., all of which may lead to the patient's death. Early symptoms: 1. Increased secretions in women Most cervical cancer patients have varying degrees of increased female secretions, which is the most common early symptom of cervical cancer. This is because cervical lesions can stimulate the cervical glands to become more active, thus producing mucous vaginal secretions. Normal leucorrhea is white, thin and sticky or egg white-like, with high viscosity, no fishy odor and small amount. The vaginal discharge caused by cervical cancer may be odorless at first, like rice washing water, but in the middle and late stages it may be mixed with blood and have a foul smell. 2. Contact vaginal bleeding The early symptoms of cervical cancer are also mainly manifested as contact vaginal bleeding. At the beginning, it is often bleeding after sexual life, defecation, activity or gynecological examination. Cervical cancer patients usually have a small amount of bleeding in the early stage, and it often stops on its own. 3. Discomfort in the lower abdomen Patients with cervical cancer may experience symptoms such as lower abdominal discomfort, lower abdominal pain, back pain and fever. After the onset of urethral disease, the early symptoms of cervical cancer may cause urinary irritation, frequent urination, incomplete urination and bloody stools, and may also cause pelvic and lower limb pain and lower limb swelling. |
