4. Rose tea

1.5 qian each of lotus leaves and Polygonum multiflorum, 1 qian each of astragalus, rose, and mulberry leaves, 3 qian each of stir-fried cassia seed, coix seed, and wolfberry, and 5 qian of Ophiopogon japonicus. The raw materials can be eaten by mixing them with boiling water, and have the effects of soothing the liver and regulating qi, lowering blood lipids and losing weight.
