4. For female friends who suffer from long-term dysmenorrhea, they should find a professional doctor to identify the cause of the dysmenorrhea and treat the cause. If it is due to poor uterine development, estrogen can be taken. If the dysmenorrhea is caused by endometriosis, you should actively treat the endometriosis. If the dysmenorrhea is caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, you should use anti-infection treatment. If the dysmenorrhea is caused by uterine cervical fibroids, you should surgically remove the uterine cervical fibroids.
