2. Mild to moderate

In addition, there will be dizziness, cold limbs, general fatigue and other discomfort symptoms. Mild to moderate menstrual pain can usually be relieved by taking pain relief measures.

3. Moderate to severe

Moderate to severe dysmenorrhea will seriously affect daily life, because patients will feel unbearable abdominal pain, can not persist in work and study, can only rest in bed. In addition, women with moderate to severe dysmenorrhea may experience symptoms such as pale complexion, lumbar pain, dizziness, cold limbs, nausea and retching, diarrhea, and cold sweats during their menstrual period. Moderate to severe menstrual pain cannot be effectively relieved even with effective analgesic measures.

Applying heat to the lower abdomen can help relieve uterine cramps, promote blood circulation in the abdomen, and relieve dysmenorrhea.
