Cervical lifting tenderness refers specifically to the pain that occurs when the cervix is ​​lifted with the index and middle finger tips of the left hand during bimanual examination. It may be related to the following factors: abnormalities in the uterine body, congenital cervical atresia, cervical fibroids, cervical inflammation, and ectopic pregnancy.

Clinical symptoms

The characteristics of this disease are that when acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease occurs, it is accompanied by idiopathic aggravation of abdominal pain, cervical lifting pain, and slight tenderness of the uterus. In severe cases, there is pain when the cervix is ​​raised, the posterior vaginal fornix is ​​rounded, and dark red non-coagulating blood can be drawn out, confirming ectopic pregnancy or corpus luteum rupture.

1. Laboratory examination

Urine pregnancy test, blood hCG, etc. to eliminate pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, etc.

2. Intravaginal ultrasound

Check the uterus and upper and lower fallopian tubes and ovaries to determine whether there is any disease in the uterus.

Confirmation

If basic gynecological examination cannot make a diagnosis, it can be combined with urine pregnancy test, B-ultrasound examination, blood hCG and other auxiliary tests to make a diagnosis.

1. Ovarian inflammation: may be accompanied by symptoms such as lumbar pain, menstrual disorders, etc.

2. Pelvic abscess: may be accompanied by fever, abdominal distension, sacrococcygeal sinus tract and other symptoms.

3. Subacute adnexitis: may be accompanied by fever, lower abdominal pain, remittent fever and other symptoms.

4. Corpus luteum rupture: may be accompanied by symptoms such as lower abdominal distension and pain, nausea and vomiting.

5. Exudative salpingitis: persistent pain, hypotension, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, and anal prolapse.
