Who is prone to ovarian cancer?

The uterus and ovaries are the reproductive organs of female animals and play a dominant role in female reproduction and the reproduction of offspring. The function of the ovary is to produce eggs and hormones. Its location is the same as that of the male testicles, but only the left side is growing (the right side has atrophied). They are shaped like red grapes, and are eggs at different stages of development. The eggs are light yellow in color, and the surface of the ovary is covered with blood vessels. Moreover, the growth and development of the uterus and ovaries at different stages are also different. They are mainly round and lump-shaped, and their size and age also follow the development trend. The older you get, the more your uterus and ovaries become loose and weakened, the lower your chances of fertility become, and the worse the actual results of reproduction and breeding become.

What groups are more likely to develop ovarian cancer?

1. There is a woman in the close family suffering from ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is closely related to genetic factors. If many people in the family are sick, the probability of developing ovarian cancer will be higher than that of ordinary people. Therefore, women with a family history of ovarian cancer should undergo regular physical examinations to prevent it from happening.

2. People who have a poor lifestyle, lack of exercise, often stay up late, and have no control over eating and drinking. Although it's a bit of an over-the-top idea that good physical and mental health requires a healthy lifestyle. But an unhealthy lifestyle does greatly increase the risk of ovarian cancer.

3. Women who are not pregnant. Studies have found that for women who have never been pregnant, the continuous ovulation period of the uterus and ovaries will cause damage to the uterine and ovarian epithelial cells, accelerate the mitosis rate of squamous epithelial cells, which is conducive to the occurrence of ovarian cancer. For pregnant women, the ovaries and uterus stop ovulating during pregnancy, giving them a rest and reducing the possibility of cancer.

The function of the ovaries is very important for women. Both maintaining a youthful appearance and the ability to conceive are indispensable for young women. In order to live a happy life, we should pay more attention to and care for our uterus and ovaries.
