The earlier your period comes, the weaker your body will be?

Many mothers want to know when they will have their period after giving birth. For some mothers, it comes a month after the operation, while for others it comes much later. So, does the body become weaker if the menstruation comes faster after giving birth?

In fact, it is not like that. The coming of menstruation means that everything has been restored. All functions of the human body have recovered as soon as possible, and ovulation has begun to return to normal. Moreover, according to the old people, if the menstruation comes early after delivery, it means that there will be many children in the future. According to current understanding, it means that if you restore ovulation early, you will be more likely to get pregnant. Wasn't it popular to "have two children in three years" before? The earlier the menstrual period comes, the greater the chance of pregnancy.

When is the best time for the first menstrual period after giving birth?

In fact, there is no difference between early, mid and late menstruation recovery after childbirth. The timing of menstruation after delivery is usually related to whether the mother is completely breastfeeding, the length of breastfeeding, and the mother's age. For the earliest baby, it will come after one month, while for the latest baby, it may not come until a year later.

For mothers who do not breastfeed, the pituitary gland's response to the hypothalamic-pituitary metabolism of growth hormone has already recovered 4-6 weeks after giving birth. New eggs begin to grow, develop and mature in the ovaries, and ovulation occurs. Your period will come about half a month after ovulation.

For mothers who exclusively breastfeed, the period of amenorrhea may be nearly a year or even longer because the functions of their hypothalamus-pituitary gland and pituitary gland are suppressed. But it is not absolute, there are also a very small number of breastfeeding mothers who have their first menstruation at different times after giving birth.

Irregular menstruation after childbirth is normal. This does not mean that the body's recovery status is affected. Coming early is not necessarily good, and coming late is not necessarily good. It mainly depends on the original physical condition, the condition of confinement, and the condition of taking care of the baby.
