How to adjust after menopause at 48

After a woman's first menstruation, it usually occurs normally once a month until it stops between the ages of 45 and 50. Menopause is a turning point in every woman's life, during which she will become irritable, sensitive, and sweaty. More obvious symptoms include irregular menstruation, no menstruation, and amenorrhea. So, what should I do if I suddenly stop having my period at the age of 48?

1. Infrequent menstruation: The menstrual cycle interval of menopausal women will be lengthened, from the normal 20 to 30 days to once every 2 to 3 months or longer. The menstrual flow may be normal or lower than before, and the interval may gradually increase to once every 4 to 5 months or half a year, or even stop completely.

2. Disordered cycle: from a normal menstrual cycle to frequent vaginal bleeding, sometimes prolonged menstruation or persistent vaginal bleeding, which may last for more than 1 to 2 months; heavy vaginal bleeding may also occur, and the patient may develop anemia, sallow complexion, fatigue, panic, chest tightness and shortness of breath. In severe cases, hemoglobin concentration may drop sharply. Some women have recurrent bleeding, but generally after 1 to 2 years, the menstrual period stops completely.

3. Sudden menopause: A small number of women have had normal menstrual cycles and periods in the past, but now suddenly go into menopause; some women have normal cycles, with only a few episodes of gradual decrease in menstrual flow, followed by a sudden cessation of menstrual periods. Sudden menopause is relatively common among the symptoms of menopausal irregular menstruation in women, but it must be paid attention to and a doctor should be consulted first if any symptoms occur.

2. What should I do if my period does not come after 48 years?

1. Reasonable diet: Women should prepare their diet properly, not only paying attention to the amount of food, but also choosing the hotness, hardness, softness and type of food, which plays a very important role in regulating menstrual diseases. It is best to use the Fumiaofang temperature control patch for conditioning. In addition, female friends with irregular menstruation must increase nutrition in their lives, such as: eggs, liver, pork, milk and so on.

2. Maintain a happy mood: Patients during menstruation should pay attention to stabilizing their emotions and maintaining a happy mood, especially before menarche and during menstruation. They should maintain a stable mentality, which is conducive to the rapid recovery of symptoms.
