What are the symptoms of gynecological pelvic inflammation

Pelvic inflammatory disease: Inflammation of the female internal reproductive organs (uterus, ovaries, bilateral fallopian tubes, etc.) and the surrounding connective tissue and retroperitoneum of the pelvis is commonly known as pelvic inflammatory disease. The number of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in my country is increasing day by day, accounting for about 60% of women aged 25-55. Pelvic inflammatory disease can cause infertility, ectopic pregnancy, ovarian damage, sepsis, etc., and must be taken seriously.

According to doctors, pelvic inflammatory disease is one of the most common gynecological diseases in women, so women suffering from this disease should go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible. Pelvic inflammatory disease is divided into two clinical manifestations: subacute and chronic, as well as pelvic inflammatory disease and other symptoms.

1. Ultrasonic self-correction and self-inspection

The key is A-type or grayscale ultrasound scanning and film. This treatment has an 85% accuracy in identifying lumps or cysts caused by adhesions of the fallopian tubes, uterus, ovaries and intestines. However, mild or moderate pelvic inflammation is difficult to show characteristics in A-type ultrasound images.

2. Laparoscopic surgery

If there is no localized peritonitis and the patient's general condition is good, laparoscopy should be performed in patients with pelvic inflammation or abnormal pelvic inflammation and other acute abdomen. Laparoscopic surgery should not only accurately diagnose and treat as well as differentiate treatment, but also make preliminary decisions on the cause of pelvic inflammation.

3. Pathogen learning and training

The source of the target is the same as above. It should be quickly or within 30 seconds to be inoculated on the Thayer-Martin training medium and placed in a 35°C incubator for 48 hours to perform pathogen identification by glycolysis. The new relatively rapid mycoplasma enzyme test replaces the mechanical mycoplasma detection technology and can also be used to perform relevant mycoplasma positive antigen detection in mammalian cell culture, which is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The average coordination is 89.5%, with 98.4% abnormality.

Tip: Pelvic inflammatory disease is very easy to be confused with other diseases

1. Pelvic congestion syndrome

The main symptoms are pain in the lumbar sacral area and lower abdominal pain, radiating to the lower limbs, and aggravated by standing for a long time and fatigue. Examination showed that the cervix was blue-purple, but there were no abnormalities in the uterus and adnexa, which was inconsistent with the symptoms and clinical manifestations of pelvic inflammatory disease. Diagnosis can be made based on B-ultrasound examination and pelvic venography.

2. Endometriosis

The specific manifestation is secondary progressive dysmenorrhea, accompanied by menstrual disorders or infertility. If there are dull painful masses on the posterior uterine wall, uterosacral cruciate ligament, and posterior depression, the diagnosis can be made. In addition, for those who have chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and have not responded to long-term treatment, the possibility of endometriosis should be considered.

3. Uterine and ovarian tumors

Malignant tumors of the uterus and ovary can also manifest mainly as pelvic masses with adhesions to the surrounding areas. It is immobile, tender, and can be easily confused with an inflammatory mass. However, their general physical and mental health is poor, the disease progresses rapidly, and the pain is continuous and has nothing to do with the menstrual cycle. B-ultrasound examination can reveal abdominal masses, which is helpful for diagnosis.
