The menstrual period is irregular, the amount of menstruation is more or less, the color is purple-red, and it comes in one piece, and the menstrual period is blocked. 3. Eel stewed with cloud ear and jujube

2-3 eels, 3 small cloud ears, 10 jujubes, and 3 slices of ginger. Wash the cloud fungus and jujube separately, soak them for a while, tear off the skin and peel them. Kill and clean the eel, scald it with boiling water to remove the mucus, clean and cut it into strips, put it into a clay pot with ginger slices, and add about 2000ml (8 bowls) of cold water.
