Symptoms and pictures of hydrosalpinx

Because the symptoms of hydrosalpinx are usually not obvious, they are often not easily discovered by others. If a pregnant woman suffers from hydrosalpinx, the common symptoms are increased female secretions, lumbar pain, abdominal pain, etc. In more serious cases, fever may occur. When the above symptoms occur, you should pay attention. The symptoms caused by hydrosalpinx are:

1. Increased female secretions: Many patients with hydrosalpinx mainly show increased female secretions, brown leucorrhea, etc. This is because when hydrosalpinx occurs, the lumens of the enlarged and unenlarged parts of the bilateral fallopian tubes are still interconnected, so patients often experience intermittent vaginal discharge. Patients should pay attention.

2. Lumbar pain: Due to the irritation of inflammation, patients will experience lumbar pain. But the levels vary, some are more serious and some are less serious. The more severe the symptoms, the more obvious the pain will be.

3. Abdominal pain: habitual abdominal pain. In severe cases, it may be severe pain in the lower abdomen, or pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen. This is more obvious in patients with more severe fallopian tube obstruction. However, some patients have no obvious symptoms. This is because patients often experience abdominal pain when salpingitis is acute. Generally, after the bilateral subcutaneous abscess of the fallopian tubes becomes serous, that is, hydrosalpinx or water is absorbed by the body, the inflammation is usually healed. Therefore, patients with hydrosalpinx usually do not have abdominal pain.

4. Fever in more serious patients: Most patients with fallopian tube obstruction have symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, such as pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen, falling down, increased secretions, low back pain, etc. Some patients may have no obvious clinical manifestations, and are often discovered only when they go to the hospital for a physical examination due to infertility many years after marriage.
