What does blocked fallopian tubes feel like?

If a female friend cannot get pregnant during the long-term pregnancy preparation process, it may be that the female friend has a symptom of fallopian tube blockage. Female friends may find it difficult to detect the symptom of fallopian tube blockage in their daily life. So what does fallopian tube blockage feel like?

What does it feel like to have blocked fallopian tubes?

Fallopian tube obstruction may have symptoms such as bloating or dull pain on both sides of the lower abdomen, but this pain alone cannot determine whether both fallopian tubes are blocked. On the one hand, there is a contrast examination, and on the other hand, there is a fluid perfusion test. Other general gynecological examinations usually cannot determine whether there is a problem of fallopian tube blockage.

1. Abdominal discomfort. There may be varying degrees of pain in the lower abdomen, most of which are underlying discomfort, soreness, swelling, and a feeling of heaviness in the lower back and sacrum, which are often aggravated by fatigue.

2. Irregular menstruation. The bilateral fallopian tubes and the uterus and ovaries are adjacent to each other. Generally, diseases of the bilateral fallopian tubes have no effect on the function of the ovaries, nor on the amount of menstruation. Only when the inflammation spreads to the uterus and ovaries and causes damage to the ovaries will menstrual abnormalities occur.

3. Menstrual pain. Dysmenorrhea caused by pelvic congestion usually begins one week before menstruation and becomes more severe as the menstrual period approaches, lasting until the onset of menstruation. 4. Infertility. The bilateral fallopian tubes themselves are damaged by the lesions, resulting in blockage and further causing infertility, with secondary infertility being the most common.

5. Other symptoms. There will be pain during sexual intercourse, gastrointestinal obstruction and fatigue, increased secretions, labor disturbances and depression.
