What is the reason for yellow water flowing from the lower body?

Many women have the problem of yellow discharge from their vagina. The most common cause of this problem is vaginitis. Vaginitis is also divided into different types. Different types of vaginitis affect different populations, have different specific symptoms, and require different treatments. Nonspecific vaginitis, senile vaginitis and Trichomonas vaginitis are the three most common types of vaginitis in clinical medicine. Here we will introduce these three types of vaginitis to you!

1. Nonspecific vaginitis

Nonspecific vaginitis is a common gynecological inflammation. Its main symptoms are increased vaginal secretions, which turn yellow in color, that is, yellow fluid always flows out from below, accompanied by a foul odor. Due to the stimulation of the yellow water to the vulva, the patient will also experience symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency and pain when urinating. This disease can cause vaginal adhesions, vaginal accumulation and cervical accumulation, and can also cause pelvic inflammatory disease.

Clinical manifestations: During the acute period, there may be a slight increase in body temperature, leukocytosis, general fatigue, a feeling of heaviness and discomfort in the lower abdomen, increased vaginal discharge that is purulent, serous or bloody, and a burning sensation in the vagina. Speculum shows that the vaginal mucosa is congested, sometimes with small superficial ulcers, and the pH value in the vagina is alkaline.

2. Senile vaginitis

We call the vaginitis that occurs in the elderly senile vaginitis. Its main symptoms are increased vaginal discharge, which turns yellow. When the condition is not serious, it feels watery. If the symptoms are severe, it will become pus-like and have a foul odor. Senile vaginitis also causes itching or burning of the vulva and distension in the lower abdomen. Symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency and pain when urinating can also cause vaginal adhesions, inducing symptoms such as vaginal accumulation and cervical accumulation.

3. Trichomonas vaginitis

There are many other vaginitis that can also cause symptoms of yellow discharge, such as Trichomonas vaginitis. Its main symptoms are increased leucorrhea, which is white or has a strong odor, as well as symptoms of frequent urination, urgency, pain, and hematuria.

Three types of vaginitis will cause symptoms of yellow fluid discharge from the vagina. Vaginitis needs good treatment. Oral anti-inflammatory drugs and topical cleansers can relieve the symptoms. Pay attention to your personal hygiene. Wear pure cotton underwear with good breathability. Change your underwear every day. When washing your underwear, it is best to scald it with boiling water or expose it to the sun, which has a good sterilization effect. Women with vaginitis should not eat spicy food.
