1. Brown dirty discharge during menstruation. If you do not have your period during your menstrual period and instead have brown dirty discharge, it is a symptom of irregular menstruation. 3. If there is no discharge of brown dirty stuff during menstruation, it can be seen in threatened abortion, ectopic pregnancy, organic lesions and menstrual disorders. In this case, you first need to test the blood HCG and progesterone to find out if it is caused by pregnancy. If it is caused by pregnancy, consider the possibility of threatened abortion or ectopic pregnancy. Based on the results of color ultrasound and progesterone, decide whether the next step is to maintain the fetus and stop the bleeding, or whether surgical treatment is needed. If pregnancy is ruled out, further gynecological color ultrasound examination is needed to understand the situation in the uterine cavity.
