Which parts of the body can identify pregnancy?

After getting married, people usually put pregnancy preparation on the agenda. In fact, whether you are pregnant or not can be judged based on physical symptoms. However, every woman's physical constitution is different, so after pregnancy, the symptoms of the body will also be different. However, these are all normal. In fact, in addition to judging whether you are pregnant based on physical symptoms, we can also identify pregnancy based on changes in body parts.

Which parts of the body can identify pregnancy?

After a woman becomes pregnant, not only does the traditional cessation of menstruation, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms indicate pregnancy, but there are also some other symptoms that may appear during pregnancy. For example, a woman's fingers often swell during pregnancy, and in severe cases they cannot even bend. Even after paying attention to daily diet adjustments, the symptoms still cannot be relieved. This may be caused by endocrine dysfunction, such as hypothyroidism.

In addition, due to the influence of progesterone, the nipples and areolas may become darker in color. This is a normal phenomenon and you don't need to worry too much about it. Another important change is the change in pubic hair. Generally, the pubic hair of normal women is in the shape of an inverted triangle. If you find that the pubic hair gradually grows into a quadrilateral and tends to grow towards the belly, it may also be a sign of pregnancy.

What are the symptoms before pregnancy?

Although it is called the first month of pregnancy, the pregnant woman's body is usually not fertile in the first half of the month. The menstrual period no longer occurs as scheduled every month. Due to the imbalance of hormone production in the body, some pregnant women experience symptoms of morning sickness such as nausea and vomiting. As the fetus grows, the uterus expands and presses on the bladder, causing frequent urination.

Menstruation stops. This is the most easily detectable symptom of pregnancy. As long as a woman of childbearing age has normal menstruation, if she has not had her period more than two weeks after sexual intercourse, she may be pregnant.

Tingling, swelling, and itching in the breasts. Breast tenderness, swelling, and itching are common symptoms in early pregnancy. In addition, there will be some other changes, such as darker color of the areola, obvious veins under the skin of the breast, and obvious protrusion of the nipple.

Early pregnancy reaction. Many women experience early pregnancy reactions after becoming pregnant, especially in the early morning, often accompanied by nausea and vomiting. These symptoms vary from person to person. Some people have mild symptoms, while others have very severe symptoms. These are normal symptoms in early pregnancy.

Generally speaking, the body temperature of pregnant women will rise in the early stages of pregnancy, and after the second trimester (13 weeks of pregnancy), the body temperature will return to its original normal state. The basal body temperature in the early stages of pregnancy is around 37°C, and this high temperature will continue until the middle of pregnancy. This is mainly due to hormonal changes.

In the early stages of pregnancy, the pregnant woman's body temperature will rise slightly, generally between 36.9℃-37.2℃. If this temperature persists for more than 21 days, your body does not have any other abnormal reactions for the time being, your menstruation does not arrive on time, or even early pregnancy reactions appear, then you are very likely pregnant.
