Early pregnancy symptoms breast changes

In the early stages of pregnancy, many pregnant women will feel that their clinical symptoms are very complicated. The most common one is nausea and vomiting. Some people have very strong morning sickness reactions. At the beginning, they simply cannot take in a lot of food. They feel nauseous and vomit every time they eat. Even their breasts will undergo many changes. They will feel that their breasts have become larger than before and feel softer.

Belly changes: As the fetus grows, the belly gradually gets bigger, and the burden on the body increases.

Pulse changes: pulse rate increases by 10 beats per minute, breathing rate increases: heart rate increases by 10 to 15 times

Metabolism: Metabolism accelerates: metabolic rate increases by 10% to 25%

Uterine changes: Thickening and lengthening of uterine muscle fibers

Breast changes: Breasts become larger and softer, and milk ducts increase

1. Lie down and get enough rest. When you feel like vomiting, you might as well lie down. This method can effectively relieve morning sickness. You can also use a pregnancy pillow to protect your back and stomach and ensure a good night's sleep.

2. Eat small, frequent meals. Eating a small amount in the morning can prevent nausea and vomiting. Keep some nutritious and appetizing snacks around you so that you can eat whenever you feel hungry. This method can reduce morning sickness.

3. Eat more original foods. In the early stages of pregnancy, you can eat more foods rich in carbohydrates, such as soda crackers, bananas, etc. In addition, white rice, plain yogurt, lemon water, etc. can also reduce morning sickness. Avoid fatty, greasy, spicy, and fried foods, which can irritate your already fragile digestive system.

4. Have a snack. Place some simple snacks such as cookies by your bed. When you wake up, eat a few cookies and rest for 20-30 minutes before getting up. If you wake up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous, you can also eat some cookies to relieve the pain.

5. Adjust the temperature of your drink. If you feel like vomiting when you see a hot drink, try a cold drink instead. Conversely, if cold drinks make you want to vomit more, switch to hot drinks. Try eating foods that are cool or at room temperature, as the smell of these foods is not as strong as hot foods.

6. Smell the lemon. Cut open a fresh lemon and smell or lick it. The refreshing scent and sour taste of lemon can help many expectant mothers relieve morning sickness. Put a few drops of lemon on a handkerchief and use it as an emergency measure when you smell an unpleasant odor.
