Breast hyperplasia massage method steps

Breast hyperplasia massage method steps

When a woman is breastfeeding, she must prevent the problem of breast hyperplasia, because during this period, the probability of breast hyperplasia in women is relatively high. The main symptom of breast hyperplasia is the appearance of lumps inside the breast, accompanied by mild pain. Massage can effectively treat breast hyperplasia, so what are the massage methods for breast hyperplasia?

Massage for breast hyperplasia

Fibrocystic breast disease is a common breast disease among women, I believe everyone knows this. Do you know that massage can also improve breast hyperplasia? If you don’t know, I will introduce you to the massage method for breast hyperplasia.

1. Direct push method

First, use the palm of your right hand to apply force to the upper part of the left breast, just below the clavicle, push down evenly and gently to the base of the breast, then push back up along the original route. Do this 20 to 50 times, then switch to your left hand.

2. Side push method

When massaging the right breast, raise your right hand and cover your right ear with your fingertips. At this time, your forearm should be forward and perpendicular to the body. Use the base and palm of your left hand to apply force from the center of the chest, push and press the right breast horizontally to the armpit. When returning, use the tips of your five fingers to bring the breast tissue back. Repeat 20-50 times. Repeat the same steps on the left side.

3. Oscillation method

When massaging the right breast, use the left hand's hypothenar eminence to apply force, and push from the swelling area along the base of the breast toward the breast with high-speed oscillations, repeat 3-5 times. The effect is better when a slight warm sensation appears locally.

Sit or lie on your side to fully expose your chest. First sprinkle some talcum powder or apply a little paraffin oil on the breasts, then use the palms of both hands to gently push and caress along the milk ducts from all sides of the breasts toward the breasts 50 to 100 times.

Massage to prevent breast diseases

In addition to improving breast hyperplasia, massage can actually prevent it from occurring. It’s just that the massage methods are different. So what are the massage methods? Let’s take a look at them below.

1. Push and caress

Sit or lie on your side to fully expose your chest. First sprinkle some talcum powder or apply a little paraffin oil on the breasts, then use the palms of both hands to gently push and caress along the milk ducts from all sides of the breasts toward the breasts 50 to 100 times.

2. Kneading method

Use the hypothenar or thenar eminence of your palm to apply pressure to the affected area, and gently knead the red, swollen and painful areas. If there are lumps, knead them repeatedly several times until the lumps become soft.

3. Kneading, pinching and holding

Use the five fingers of your right hand to grab the affected breast and apply kneading techniques, grabbing and releasing, and repeat the procedure 10 to 15 times. Use your left hand to gently squeeze your breast several times to expand the milk ducts in the breast.

4. Oscillation method

Use the hypothenar part of your right hand to push from the swelling of the breast along the base of the breast toward the breast with high-speed oscillations, repeat 3 to 5 times. The effect is better when a slight warm sensation appears locally.

How to massage breast hyperplasia to eliminate

Modern medicine believes that breast hyperplasia is closely related to endocrine dysfunction, while endocrine function in traditional Chinese medicine falls under the jurisdiction of meridians such as the liver, spleen, and kidney. Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine believes that the disease is mostly caused by emotional disharmony, depression and anger damaging the liver, worry damaging the spleen, spleen dysfunction, liver and kidney deficiency, and Chong and Ren disorders.

For women, whether it is damage to the liver or spleen, it will affect one meridian, which is the stomach meridian. One of the routes of the stomach meridian is along the clavicle, through the breast, and down along both sides of the navel into the groin. Another meridian that is affected at the same time is the Chong Meridian. The Chong Meridian of women starts in the uterus, goes down to the perineum, and one of its branches passes through the groin along the lower abdomen, goes up along the navel, and merges with the Foot Shaoyin Meridian, spreading in the chest.

The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine believes that when a girl is 14 years old, her menstruation arrives and the Taichong meridian is open. Qi and blood flow up along the Chong meridian and disperse in the chest. Only then will breasts develop and girls' secondary sexual characteristics appear. After a woman reaches the age of 37 (21), as she prepares to get married and have children, the Qi and blood in the Chong Meridian will undergo some slight changes compared to before. To use the current common term, endocrine changes occur.

The Liver Meridian, Spleen Meridian, Kidney Meridian, Stomach Meridian, Chong Meridian, and Ren Meridian are located compactly, either ascending or descending. We can regard them as "highways" for qi and blood. If there is a traffic jam on one side of the road, it will cause traffic congestion on the other side.

In daily life, people may damage their liver due to emotional changes, or damage their spleen due to excessive thinking, which will cause blockage of the "road" on one side. If the Qi of the Stomach Meridian and the Chong Meridian is disordered, the stomach Qi cannot flow downward smoothly, and the Qi of the Chong Meridian cannot flow upward smoothly, resulting in Qi stagnation, blood stasis, and phlegm coagulation into nuclei, which will lead to "breast nodules" (i.e. breast hyperplasia).

Therefore, in order to prevent and treat breast hyperplasia, women should first try not to get angry or get angry as little as possible (anger in men hurts the liver, while anger in women hurts the spleen and stomach). Second, try to reduce stress from both inside and outside, especially internal stress. Long-term stress can cause problems with the spleen and stomach. If stress cannot be avoided, we should learn to face it with an open-minded attitude and eliminate it invisibly.

Third, couples should maintain a harmonious married life. Fourth, try to eat and drink natural foods and stay away from modern processed foods with unknown ingredients. Generally speaking, the more complex the food is, the more complex its ingredients are and the more artificially added ingredients it contains. Fifth, learn simple and easy massage techniques, and do self-massage at any time to dredge the relevant meridians.
