Symptoms of chronic nephritis in women

Symptoms of chronic nephritis in women

The kidney is one of the most important endocrine organs in the body. If there is any problem with the kidney, it will have a serious impact on a person's endocrine system. Chronic nephritis has become a kidney disease that affects more and more people. If chronic nephritis is not treated in time, it may damage kidney tissue and affect the normal function of the kidneys. So what are the symptoms and warning signs of chronic nephritis in women?

1. The most common early symptoms of nephritis in women are infection as the initial factor. Acute exacerbations of acute glomerulonephritis and chronic glomerulonephritis are often associated with pharyngitis, tonsillitis, upper respiratory tract and skin infections. Therefore, urine routine should be checked when suffering from the above infectious diseases.

2. Body swelling. This is the most obvious early symptom of nephritis in women, and body edema will continue to occur throughout the treatment process of kidney disease. The edema of different patients may be mild or severe. The former only shows obvious edema in the cheeks and eyes in the morning, and also in the ankles during lunch break. The latter is more serious and may cause swelling all over the body. When this happens, do not delay and go to the hospital immediately for targeted diagnosis to confirm the condition as soon as possible. Of course, there may be a small number of nephritis patients who will not experience edema.

3. Symptoms of hypertension. One-third of glomerulonephritis patients will experience high blood pressure, which can manifest as headaches, memory loss, poor sleep, etc. Patients who seek medical attention due to the above symptoms and are found to have increased blood pressure must have a urine routine test, especially young patients.

4. In the early stages, patients with chronic renal failure may only show an increase in the frequency of urination and urine volume at night. If a healthy person does not drink a lot of water before going to bed, he should not urinate or only urinate once after sleeping at night. If he often urinates more than twice at night, he should go to the hospital to check his urine routine and kidney function.

5. Patients with moderate or severe chronic renal failure often have anemia and symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, and pale complexion. Patients with anemia who exclude blood system diseases should pay attention to whether they have chronic renal failure.
