What causes pelvic pain in women?

In life, women often experience pelvic pain. This part of the body is the organ for women to give birth and its importance is self-evident. Pelvic pain in women is related to bad habits such as long-term sitting or standing, physical fatigue, wearing tight pants that squeeze the pelvis, and crossing legs. If this symptom occurs for a long time, it may be caused by physical illness, such as pelvic inflammatory disease, lumbar disc herniation, etc., and further examination is needed.

The pelvis is located in the waist and hip area and is an important part of the birth of a child. If the pelvis is of appropriate width, the baby will be born smoothly; and after giving birth, many women's pelvises are loose. Therefore, in life, pelvic pain mostly occurs in women. So, what causes pelvic pain?

1. Frequent sexual intercourse causes pelvic pain. Many women have this perception: having sex too much causes them to suffer from back pain frequently. This perception is not wrong. Because of excessive use of waist strength, the waist and pelvis are easily damaged, and the surrounding muscles will cause soreness due to excessive use. Therefore, the couple must control the frequency of sexual intercourse and not be too intense. It is best to develop a regular lifestyle based on their physical strength.

2. Interruption after intense sexual intercourse can also cause pelvic pain. Because sexual intercourse often puts the body in an excited state and the pelvis remains congested, once sexual intercourse is interrupted, both men and women will experience an uncomfortable reaction, namely pelvic pain. Therefore, sexual control is very necessary.

3. Pelvic pain may be caused by rheumatism, which causes pain and swelling in some joints and muscles of the body. Therefore, you can take some anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs to relieve the symptoms.

4. Pelvic pain caused by lack of exercise or occupational diseases. Pelvic pain is a common symptom for women whose jobs require them to sit in a chair for long periods of time and who rarely exercise. Therefore, you should move your waist more often, avoid sitting or standing for long periods of time, and go outdoors more often to breathe fresh air.
