A positive BV test indicates bacterial vaginosis. In clinical practice, routine leucorrhea and BV examinations are performed on women to determine whether they suffer from cellular vaginitis. If women do not pay attention to personal hygiene, have unclean sexual life or improper use of cleaning products, it may affect their reproductive health. So what items are checked in a routine 10-day BV test? If a woman suffers from bacterial vaginosis, what tests should she take? BV refers to a clinical syndrome characterized by a decrease in the number of normal genital tract flora (H202-producing Lactobacillus) and an increase in the number of anaerobic bacteria (Bacteroides, Gardnerella, Mobilunella, Mycoplasma hominis and Streptococcus, etc.). It is called bacterial because there is an obvious abnormal growth of large amounts of anaerobic bacteria; it is called vaginosis because there is an increase in vaginal secretions, but there is no inflammatory response seen in clinical vaginitis, and there is no local increase in white blood cells. A positive BV test indicates bacterial vaginosis. It can be caused by unclean sexual life and lack of personal hygiene. You can use Jieryin or Fuyangjie to flush the vagina, and then insert metronidazole effervescent tablets into the vagina. Continuous treatment for 7 to 10 days, or oral metronidazole tablets can be taken at the same time. BV is the abbreviation of bacterial vaginosis. "+" means positive. BV+ means that you have bacterial vaginosis, which is a mixed infection caused by the imbalance of normal vaginal flora. Normally there are bacteria in the vagina of women, but they can maintain a balance. The occurrence of this disease is due to dysbacteriosis. The vaginal cleanliness is divided into 4 degrees. Yours is 3 degrees. 3 degrees indicates vaginal bacilli -, miscellaneous bacteria ++, epithelial cells -, white blood cells or pus cells 15~30/HP, indicating inflammation. This disease is commonly treated with anti-anaerobic drugs, mainly metronidazole and clindamycin. Metronidazole effervescent tablets 200 mg, qn, for 7 to 10 days; or 2% clindamycin ointment vaginally applied, 5 g each time, qn, for 7 days; or metronidazole 400 mg, orally, 2 to 3 times a day, for 7 days, or clindamycin 300 mg, bid, for 7 days. Or take Chinese medicine such as the prescription for stopping leukorrhea or the five-flavor disinfection drink. Pay attention to personal hygiene, strengthen your physical fitness, and eliminate sources of infection. |
