Melasma on a woman's face

Melasma on a woman's face

Chloasma is a problem that many women will experience, especially many middle-aged women who may develop chloasma because their endocrine system is affected by aging. Chloasma is prone to recurrence and is relatively difficult to treat. The specific treatment method varies depending on the severity of the chloasma, so it is necessary to use symptomatic medication based on individual physical reasons. So how should chloasma on a woman's face be treated?

1. Emotional regulation

Keep a happy mood. Among all spots, the occurrence of melasma is closely related to endocrine and emotions. Therefore, simply using whitening products to improve melasma is not very effective. If you want to completely remove blemishes, the most important thing is to make yourself happy, so that the blemishes will disappear as soon as possible.

2. Regulate endocrine

The appearance of pregnancy spots is mainly due to the changes in sex hormones in women during pregnancy, which lead to excessive secretion of progesterone and estrogen, resulting in excessive melanin precipitation, which forms spots on the face.

3. Soybean freckle removal

Soybeans are a maintenance magic tool for women, because they are rich in vitamin E, which can destroy the chemical activity of free radicals. They are a good helper in anti-aging and can also prevent melanin from precipitating on the skin. Regularly drinking soy milk or eating soybeans are good ways to whiten and anti-aging.

4. Aloe vera and cucumber facial mask

Put aloe vera and cucumber into a juicer and squeeze them into juice. Add egg white and stir, then apply it on your face. Wait until it is completely dry and then wash it off with warm water. Aloe vera and cucumber are foods with extremely high content of fiber and vitamin C, which can make the skin delicate and whiten. However, you must persist in using it and not give up halfway.

5. Others

Keep a happy mood and be patient. People who are impatient often go astray because of their dream of "quickly removing spots", which causes the spots to become more and more serious, and many side effects occur, eventually leading to disfigurement. In addition, wash your face alternately with cold water and warm water (you can also use two towels to dip in cold and warm water respectively and apply them on your face alternately), once in the morning and once in the evening, each time lasting about 10 minutes, and alternating more than 10 times is appropriate. The cold water temperature is generally around 15 degrees, and the warm water temperature is generally around 45 degrees.
