Cervical squamous cell lesions are divided into three grades according to the severity of the lesions: adenocarcinoma I, adenocarcinoma II and adenocarcinoma III.

For the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, in addition to conservative observation, the main treatment methods include ablative treatment and excisional treatment. Ablative treatment includes cryotherapy, laser, electrocoagulation, cryotherapy, etc. The operation is simple and the effect is clear. It is used to treat type I transformation zone with sufficient colposcopy, relatively small lesions, and located on the surface of the cervix.

For transformation zone type II, the choice should be cautious. Before treatment, a full evaluation is needed to exclude invasive cancer.
