They are peanut or date-sized, movable, smooth, clearly defined, and hard tumors; there is generally no axillary lymph node enlargement, no nipple discharge, and the size of the tumor has no effect on the menstrual cycle. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for a color Doppler ultrasound to find out. Most of them are benign, so don't have a psychological burden.
