Adenomyosis U-shaped surgery

Adenomyosis U-shaped surgery

The U-shaped surgery for adenomyosis is the most common way to treat this disease. Because there is no way to cure this disease after it is contracted, many patients can only choose some surgical treatments according to their actual physical conditions to reduce the degree of the disease in their bodies, but there is no way to completely achieve the goal of cure.

It should depend on the patient's symptoms, age and fertility requirements. There is currently no effective drug that can cure the disease. For patients with mild symptoms, who desire to have children, or who are near menopause, danazol, gestrinone, or GnRH-α can be tried for treatment. All of these can relieve symptoms, but attention should be paid to the side effects of the drugs, and symptoms may reappear after drug discontinuation. During GnRH-α treatment, attention should be paid to the risk of bone loss in patients, and counter-additive therapy and calcium supplementation can be given. Young patients with adenomyoma or those who wish to have children can try lesion resection, but there is a risk of recurrence after surgery; for those with severe symptoms, no fertility requirements or ineffective drug treatment, total hysterectomy should be performed. Whether to preserve the ovaries depends on whether there are ovarian lesions and the patient's age.

1. Drug treatment: Years of clinical experience have proven that drug treatment of adenomyosis is ineffective, will not cure it, and dysmenorrhea will not disappear.

2. Traditional treatment: radical cure, hysterectomy.

3. Uterine-preserving surgery without laparotomy

1) Uterine perforation: Suitable for homogeneous adenomyosis. Laparoscopic electrosurgical perforation with a 1 cm interval deep into the mucosal layer

2) Lesion removal: Applicable to adenomatous adenomyosis. Method: Laparoscopic uterine morcellator directly removes adenomatous tissue or lesions. Generally, the incision should be sutured deep into the mucosal layer. The Antai people commonly call this procedure "open-pit mining".

4. Conservative treatment with traditional Chinese medicine: Years of clinical experience have shown that adenomyosis can be completely cured by conservative treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. For example, the Chinese medicine "Quyu Zhenggong Patch" and "Compound Synchronous Therapy" have relatively good therapeutic effects. Quyu Zhenggong Patch is a traditional Chinese medicine black plaster, which can be cured after 1 to 3 courses of treatment. Quyu Zhenggong Patch is made of a variety of Chinese medicinal materials. The medicines cooperate with each other, both tonic and purgative, and complement each other. It can soothe the liver and regulate qi, strengthen the body, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, soften and disperse nodules, so that qi and blood can flow smoothly, blood stasis can be eliminated, and dysmenorrhea can be cured.

It can quickly change the internal environment of the pelvic cavity and at the same time change the patient's physical condition, thereby curing adenomyosis. The compound synchronous therapy uses more than 20 kinds of precious pure Chinese medicines, which have been refined and clinically tested thousands of times. It is unique in individualized syndrome differentiation and treatment and symptomatic medication, with extraordinary efficacy. It provides a special treatment for patients who have been unable to be cured and have lost confidence, which can completely relieve the patients' pain and avoid surgery.
