The current cleanliness level of 3 means that a small amount of vaginal lactobacilli and squamous epithelium can be seen under the microscope. It contains a relatively large number of miscellaneous bacteria and white blood cells. It is an abnormal vaginal discharge, but the degree is still relatively mild.
